TPCA Meeting Spaces and Rates

TPCA offers two meeting spaces for rental, both of which have the flexibility to meet various needs.

To start your request to use meeting space at TPCA, fill out the Room Rental Request Form. A TPCA staff member will contact you within two business days. All requests are subject to availability, review, and approval.

NOTES

Hours of Operation: TPCA's business hours are 8 a.m.-5 p.m. (Central time), Monday-Friday. Use of the meeting facilities outside of these hours is not available without permission and will require additional charge. Should TPCA close for any unforeseen reason, such as an emergency or inclement weather, meetings may be cancelled.

Evening Weekend, and Holiday Rates: The standard meeting rates apply for events occurring during normal ours of operation. Upon special request and availability, room rentals may be made for events occuring outside of business hours for an additional fee of $25 per hour.
