This Live activity, 2019 Annual Conference, with a beginning date of 10/02/2019, has been reviewed and is acceptable for up to 6.75 Prescribed credit(s) by the American Academy of Family Physicians.
Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
Continuing Professional Education Credit (Financial Resillence Workshop Track)
Up to 3.0 hours CPE from the National Association for State Boards of Accountancy is eligible under the Finance field of study. To receive a CPE certificate of credit following the conference, participants must complete a CPE Request Form available at the registration desk.
Continuing Dental Education Credit (Oral Health Boot Camp)
