The target audience for this training includes CEOs, CMOs, COOs, CFOs, and HR leadership.

The focus for this training will address both the retention and engagement of your current staff. Ann Hogan with Ann Hogan Consulting will facilitate a full-day training that will provide the tools needed for your health center to evaluate retention efforts; build upon your strengths; and continue your center’s journey to becoming an employer where staff choose to stay. The training will have three primary areas of emphasis:

Hiring the Best
We will begin the day working through your processes to make sure you only hire the best candidates. Sourcing your most valuable resource, human capital, is an art. When combined with science, your successes in this area will grow.

Developing Your Workforce Strategy
Once you have explored getting the right people on board, the next step for the day will be developing your workforce strategy. During this portion of the training we will look at what the numbers tell you and how that fits into the overall strategic plan for the organization. You will develop a workforce strategic plan for your health center and utilize a SWOT analysis to develop goals and identify objectives to take back and implement.

Retention
We will end the day with a session on how to keep the human capital that you currently have, as well as those you will be attracting to work with you. We will also have time to share best practices and have peer sharing of ideas.
