Session Description:
The intent of this training is to increase health centers’ ability to manage performance-based contracts including pay-for-performance, upside-only, and upside-downside risk-bearing contracts. Elements of the training may include a review of expertise needed to evaluate financial outcomes of contracts, utilizing risk adjustment to support higher payments for higher need patients, and using the health center’s risk-related data to ensure that factors beyond the health center’s influence are accounted for in quality score assessments.
OPTIONAL: Office Hours (Limited # of Hours; Opt-In During Session Registration)
60-minute, virtual consulting sessions with CURIS consulting for health center staff/teams to discuss concerns or challenges, address questions or gather feedback related to their individual Value-Based Care contracting and performance in the Value-Based Care environment.
