What’s your role at TPCA?
I am the Education Engagement Coordinator, and it is my goal to ensure that our members and staff receive the best education and training experience possible, whether in-person, virtual, or hybrid. Our members rely on us to provide up-to-date, relevant information and training that will help them provide the very best care for the patients they serve. I see to it that our training and education sessions are easy to access, run smoothly, and deliver the quality of experience that our members deserve. 
 
What excites you about coming to work every day?
I learn something new here every day, and I love people! I really enjoy being able to communicate and connect with our staff and members while working toward common goals.
 
What’s the best advice you’ve ever heard?
Pretend that everyone is wearing a sign that says, “Make me feel important.”  Everyone wants to feel valued and heard— it helps us connect to each other.
 
Who’s someone you really admire?
I admire my husband, Mark.  It still amazes me how much I continue to learn from him after 36 years of marriage. He is thoughtful, patient, and kind.  He thinks before he reacts in situations, is very good at viewing things from the other person’s perspective and looks for the good in everyone.  He’s just an all-around good human!
