Memphis Health Center recently has welcomed several key staff members:
Clarence Davis, MD - Medical Director
Dr. Davis is a member of the American Board of Internal Medicine and comes to Memphis Health Center with more than 25 years of healthcare and leadership experience, most recently serving as regional medical director (government business) for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee. His extensive background includes service at Memphis Managed Care Corporation, and a tenure as chief health officer at Memphis Health Center. from 2002-2003. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Xavier University (La.) and a medical degree from Meharry Medical College.
Lloydetta Stovall, MD - Assistant Medical Director
Dr. Stovall is member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She completed her pediatric residency at the University of Tennessee – Le Bonheur and served previously at Regional One Health’s Primary Care Network, formerly known as Shelby County Health Loop Clinics. Dr. Stovall holds her undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Memphis and the University of Tennessee at Memphis, respectively.
Deborah Harris, BSN, MSN, DNP - Director of Nursing
Harris brings 20 years of clinical experience to her role as director of nursing. She is a family nurse practitioner who previously worked for several years in the trauma intensive care unit of Regional One Health, formerly The Regional Medical Center at Memphis. She holds BSN, MSN and DNP degrees from Union University, the University of Memphis, and the University of Tennessee Health Sciences Center, respectively.
Tonnette Henderson, Compliance Manager
Henderson brings 13 years of quality management expertise to her role as compliance manager. Henderson is responsible for assuring Memphis Health Center is adhering to the latest quality guidelines set by numerous agencies, including The Joint Commission, HRSA, and insurance companies. A graduate of the University of Phoenix, she holds BS and MBA degrees.
Erica Eubanks, Human Resources Director
Eubanks brings more than eight years of experience practicing labor and employment law to her role as human resources director. Eubanks is responsible for all human resources functions and legal compliance. She is a graduate of Tennessee State University and the University of New Hampshire School of Law.
