Congratulations to Bill Moats, CEO of Ocoee Regional Health Corporation, for receiving the award named in his honor at the Rural Health Association of Tennessee’s annual conference. The Bill Moats Meritorious Service Award in Healthcare recognizes “hard work and dedication to the Rural Health Association of Tennessee.” Moats served as board president for RHAT and emphasized membership involvement during his leadership term. He has served rural communities in Southeast Tennessee for more than 25 years.
