CQCH Technical Assistance

TPCA staff provide phone, email, or on-site technical assistance and support in the following areas:

  • Quality Assurance/Risk Management
  • UDS Clinical Outcome Measures
  • FTCA Concerns
  • Health Collaborative Needs
  • Emergency Preparedness within the Health Center

TPCA staff also provide on-site assistance to Community Health Centers in clinical program development and the BPHC Clinical Program Requirements. This may include technical assistance on quality improvement, health collaborative training needs, clinical policies and procedures, FTCA, risk management, and UDS Clinical Outcome Measures.

To request onsite technical assistance, please complete the request form below. This form will allow TPCA to begin the planning and scheduling process for your support. A TPCA staff member will then follow-up with the contact person listed.
