Position Information

Level II Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor (LPC or LCSW)
Chota Community Health Services (CCHS) is a non-profit Community Health Center, whose purpose is to offer comprehensive primary healthcare to the residents of the Monroe County area in East Tennessee.  It was founded under the belief that our community should not have to travel to the 'bigger' cities in other counties in order to receive high quality medical care. While we have provided mental health counseling to Monroe County and surrounding areas for several years, we have recently been awarded two Substance Use Disorder (SUD) - Mental Health Grants and are looking to expand the services we currently provide to include treatment for substance abuse.

The Level II Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor (LPC or LCSW + LADAC II) Provides diagnosis and treatment of mental and substance use disorders of individuals, couples, families, and groups in an outpatient setting (primary care clinic and intensive outpatient program).
