The Tennessee Primary Care Association is located near downtown Nashville, major interstates, and the Nashville International Airport (BNA), and is a convenient location for meetings, workshops, and retreats. TPCA offers two room rental options during regular business hours (8 a.m.-5 p.m. Central time, Monday-Friday) to TPCA members, non-profit organizations, partner organizations, health related government agencies, health coalitions, and philanthropic organizations. (Facilities may be available outside of TPCA's normal business hours at an additional charge.)
The meeting rooms have flexible setup options that include tables and chairs that can be configured for your needs. Room rental includes onsite parking, Wi-Fi, A/V equipment, dry erase board, flip chart easel, podium, and kitchen area. Outside catering services are allowed. Drink service is available for $3 per participant per day.
To start your request to use meeting space at TPCA, fill out the Room Rental Request Form. A TPCA staff member will contact you within two business days. All requests are subject to availability, review, and approval.
