Session Two: Taking a Sexual Health History and Prescribing PrEP
Wednesday, February 17, 2021 from 12, Noon – 1:30 pm Central
Taking a sexual health history can be intimidating for patients during routine check-up. Providers often have a hard time leading these discussions as much as patients have a hard time opening up enough to share. These continuous discussions, however, may be detrimental to preventing HIV and other sexual transmitted infections.
Please join us on Wednesday, February 17, as Sean Kelly, MD walks us through effective methods for counseling patients on sexual health and introducing patients to pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP).
