Abour the Presenter: Judy Lapinski, PharmD
Speaking as a consultant of CURIS Consulting
Dr. Judy Lapinski is a strategic and results-driven executive with 23 years of progressive leadership experience in the healthcare field.  With a strong history of repeated successes in her professional career, she launched the consulting firm JL Healthcare Solutions in 2017.  JL Healthcare Solutions offers guidance in financial management, leadership training, clinical quality and operational improvements, compliance, strategic planning and governance, project management, program building, and readiness for risk-based contracting and value-based care.  Dr. Lapinski is also a Registered Pharmacist who has spent much of her career working within the 340b prescription drug discount program and is also a subject matter expert in the area.

Prior to launching JL Healthcare Solutions, Dr. Lapinski served as the Interim Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at the Mid-Atlantic Association of Community Health Centers (MACHC.)  MACHC supported twenty-one health centers in Maryland and Delaware and provided extensive training and technical assistance as well as leading policy and advocacy work in the two states.   While there, she moved the organization which had been operating at a loss to one with a healthy positive margin.  Dr. Lapinski also led the charge on forming a network data warehouse and analytics platform aimed at improving quality outcomes while reducing costs.
