Motivational Interviewing.
Day One. Wednesday, November 6, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. (Central)
In this full-day interactive workshop, health care providers will explore the four fundamental processes of motivational interviewing: engaging, focusing, evoking, and planning. Further, they will explore how to effectively elicit change talk by observing and practicing basic motivational interviewing strategies with hands-on activities and demonstrations.

Integrated Behavioral Health.
Day Two. Thursday, November 7, 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. (Central)
Participants will receive an overview of Integrated Behavioral Health, including optimal models, recent outcomes, and emerging trends. Core elements for effective integration will be covered: population health, team-based care, communication, huddles, and warm handoffs. Discussion will be embedded throughout the day to identify challenges, opportunities, and next steps for advancing integrated behavioral health services.

*During registration, participants will have the option to attend both days or only one.

**A certificate of completion will be provided for each day of training for those who stay the entire duration.
