This session will be led by:
Jonathan Hughes, PharmD, Pharmacy Supervisor
Ascension Medical Group
Jonathan Hughes is the Pharmacy Supervisor for Ascension Medical Group Tennessee and maintains an active clinical practice at the Saint Louise Family Medicine Center in Murfreesboro, TN where he manages patients with diabetes, hypertension, COPD, hepatitis C, and more.  As pharmacy supervisor, he has led the AMG Tennessee pharmacy service in transitioning to a system level collaborative practice agreement, as well as implementing pharmacist billing under Tennessee payment parity laws.  He holds a joint faculty appointment as an assistant professor with the University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy and College of Medicine, precepting students and residents from both disciplines in addition to participating in their didactic education.
