Webinar Description:
Join us for an informational webinar to learn more about TPCA’s new exclusion and debarment service, specifically designed with health centers in mind. During our time together, attendees will get a thorough review of exclusion and debarment screening requirements and how compliance to these requirements can lower organizational risk. Attendees will also be introduced to the new TPCA Exclusion and Debarment Service, how it works, and how it can save health centers time and money. Complete with a full demonstration of the SAFER screening platform, we are confident that attendees will walk away ensured that screening through our service will be accurate.

Through many avenues, Tennessee health centers have expressed concerns in establishing and maintaining compliance with exclusion and debarment screening requirements.  Even those who are compliant with the requirements cite that conducting screening and verifications is a burden on their operations. TPCA responded by designing a service that specifically addresses the health center barriers of time, staff capacity, and resources.

You will not find any exclusion and debarment service like ours on the market.  What sets us apart?

  • Full Service Verification Monthly – clients are automatically enrolled in our automatic monthly screening schedule; you will not have to initiate the screening process and the schedule ensures the most rigid compliance expectations are met!
  • The Work is on Us – the only work you have to do is to update a spreadsheet when there is a staffing, board member, or vendor change.  The rest of the work is on us to do data uploads, verification of matches, and running reports to document compliance.
  • Accountability to Compliance – we will provide accountability with continual communication and follow-up.  If data has not been updated before a monthly run, we will check in. No other service does that for its clients!
  • Most Reliable and Accurate Search Engine – we spent a lot of time researching and vetting platforms currently available in the market and secured the one that we felt could best identify individuals trying to skirt the system by using nicknames, maiden names and more.  We were sold on SAFER and you will be to!
