Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist assumes his former role of doctor with little Kayleigh Ridley and her parents, Casey and Joanna Ridley of Sweetwater, during his visit to the Women's Wellness and Maternity Center on Tuesday. Wellness Center and local health officials asked Frist and his colleagues in Congress to help find ways to provide more obstetric care in rural communities and to help find ways to curb the exploding cost of mal practice insurance they say is forcing doctors from the obstetric field.
