In part two of our Transformation Management Series, consultants will utilize health center NACHC Financial Readiness Survey data, collected during the May 17 training, to guide health centers through the next steps associated with the transformation process. We will continue to explore your environment for partnership opportunities, understand what data systems you have in place and opportunities to expand your data power, and take first steps to engage patients and employees. We will also continue the discussion on goal setting and securing commitments to take the next important steps.
