Information for the
2010 Membership Year

Your TPCA membership supports our statewide effort to bring access to and delivery of quality primary health care to Tennessee’s neediest communities. TPCA offers three categories of membership:
  • Organizational Members - Organizations that deliver primary health care services and provide a health care home for patients. Examples are federally qualified health centers, federally qualified health center look-alikes, rural health clinics, community based primary care clinics, and faith-based primary care clinics. Fees are based on the size of the organization’s annual operating budget. 
  • Associate Membership Associate Membership is designed for companies and associations providing products and services to community health centers and underserved communities, managed care organizations, healthcare organizations and agencies, and health professions training schools.  Fees are based on the category of membership participation chosen.  The benefits of membership for each level of membership are outlined below.
    • Health Care Home Tennessee Partner (by invitation only): Participate in every main event TPCA hosts throughout the year, including both conference and the President’s Dinner,  visibility on web site, sponsor TPCA educational meetings, contribute an article to quarterly newsletter, be recognized in regular e-mails, receive regular email/newsletters, and access to the members only online forums.  Membership dues are $5,000.
    • Supporting Partner: Opportunity to sponsor both TPCA’s Leadership Conference and Clinical Conference, our President’s Dinner, get visibility on web site, sponsor a TPCA web-based educational meeting, be recognized in regular e-mails to our members, receive regular e-mail/newsletter and access to the members only online forums.  Membership dues are $3,000.
    • Contributing Partner: Opportunity to exhibit at both our Leadership Conference in April and our Clinical conference in July. Opportunity to network with administrators, medical directors, clinicians, financial managers, and other support staff in health centers throughout the state.  Membership dues are $1,500.
    • Conference and Events PartnerOpportunity to reach our members and their staff by exhibiting at EITHER our Leadership Conference in April or our Clinical Conference in July.  Membership dues are $700 for For-Profit organizations and $350 for Non-Profit organizations.
  • Individual MembershipFor individuals affiliated with community and faith-based clinics and behavioral health providers offering a sliding fee scale to patients OR any individual who supports the mission of TPCA to bring access to and delivery of quality primary health care to Tennessee’s neediest communities.  Individual members are interested in learning more about and becoming involved in TPCA.
